To celebrate Black History Month, AT&T Dream in Black connected Black celebrity multi-hyphenates with small business owners for a candid conversation on business, community and more. 
By focusing on intentional casting our talent, we focused on creating an atmosphere that could change the trajectory of a budding entrepreneur’s career and thus inspiring millions of viewers to chase their own dreams. This conversation was just the start to creating a dream mentorship experience for viewers, and our entrepreneur, whose platform grew exponentially through this and panel experiences at 2025's Essence Fest.
Captured in San Francisco, our mentors were musician & multi-hyphenate Larry June, founder and creative director of Playa Society, Esther Wallace and our entrepreneur: Saeed Ferguson, at the time, small business owner & founder of All Caps Studio.
